Janice Darling

 
 

Janice has built a career guiding executives at Fortune 500 and global companies. Janice works with business leaders to prepare a holistic and structured approach to execute strategic changes. She provides creative solutions, relevant tools, and timely advice to help people quickly and successfully move through the transition period. She is known for her ability to pinpoint the most important problems to solve and offer pragmatic recommendations.

Prior to joining Crossing Point, Janice was the founding Partner of Springboard, a strategy execution consulting firm. She developed deep strategy execution expertise as a VP at Conner Partners and Senior Manager at Deloitte where she led the firms’ largest and most challenging global transformation engagements. Janice was a key member of the Conner Partners’ leadership team designing the firm’s strategy execution methodology.

Janice holds an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA, a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and an HBX certificate of completion in Disruptive Strategy from the Harvard Business School. Janice serves on the board of the Piedmont Park Conservancy. She also lends her expertise to the City of Atlanta to consider and resolve ongoing development, growth, and transportation issues.

 
 

Stephen Maye

 
 

Stephen Maye is a business leader and change agent with experience leading diverse teams across North America and Asia-Pacific. Stephen brings a special emphasis on designing and facilitating processes for strategic clarity, leader alignment, and execution planning. He has increased the strategic change capabilities of hundreds of leaders across industries.

Stephen was a Senior Vice President and the Head of Change Management for Wells Fargo, Wholesale Banking. Prior to that, Stephen was a Vice President at Conner Partners where he led the firm’s anchor strategic change/transformation engagements and played a key role in the creation of two commercially licensed Change methodologies. 

Stephen is the co-creator and the chief integrator of the Change Execution Methodology (CEM) for business transformation used by Fortune 500 companies. Contributing author, “Project Pain Reliever: A Just-In-Time Handbook for Anyone Managing Projects”—a Kellogg School of Management textbook.

Stephen’s consulting and coaching are enhanced by his extensive training and facilitation experience and his long-time involvement in the field of project management. Stephen is the Project Management Institute’s principal moderator for large virtual events and the only moderator of PMXPO—now attracting over 35,000 participants. He is the host of PMI official podcast, Projectified with PMI. 

Stephen has a BA in Communication from Lee University, a certificate in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School’s HBX program, and Advanced Change Execution Practitioner certification from Conner Partners and change luminary, Daryl Conner.

 
 

Donna Downs

 
 

Donna is a senior change management consultant and has proven success in developing effective change leaders, building strong organizational culture, and identifying key business process streamline opportunities. She has built a reputation as a trusted business partner who delivers positive results.

Donna brings a diverse background in transformational change strategy and execution having led change both as a business leader in the airline industry and as a seasoned business consultant.

Donna excels at creating strong partnerships with leaders and equipping them to lead their teams effectively through transformational change. She thrives on bringing order and predictability to demanding, high-risk situations.

Donna has varied consulting experience in both large, global Fortune 500 corporations and non-profit organizations. A sample of the organizations with whom Donna has consulted includes Glaxo Smith Kline, Goodyear Tire and Rubber, Newell Brands and Publicis Groupe.

Donna’s areas of expertise include high risk communication plans, change management strategy and organizational leadership. She has led change management strategy execution for a number of HRIS implementations.

Prior to building a career as a business consultant, Donna was General Manager of Human Resources at Delta Air Lines and was responsible for leading the HR business partner team  supporting InFlight Service and Delta’s 20,000 flight attendants.

Donna has a B.A. in Psychology from Auburn University. She has also completed professional development courses with Cornell and executive coach training through CTI.

Donna lives in Smyrna, Georgia. She has served on multiple non-profit boards and is actively involved as a lay leader at her church.
