Your Change Story – articulating the ‘why and where’ of the transition

  • We gain a deep understanding of where each leader is in the change process and what is getting in the way of success—this is done through 1 on 1 interviews

  • We facilitate the leaders through collaborative, hands-on sessions to understand the problem to solve and describe the desired future state

  • Once we are done with our work, you will have your tangible change story and, even more importantly, the intangible alignment and commitment of your team

  • You can be confident that the design and decisions will be made with this future state in mind

  • Your team will work as one with you—knowing what is in your head and making choices in support of your goals

Success metrics – truly measurable outcomes to reach your desired future state

  • We will co-create a clear set of indicators and outcomes to achieve throughout the journey

  • You will have a set of defined milestones to show progress, keep things on track, and celebrate wins

  • You and your team will have conversations at the right level—discussing risks to achieving milestones and actions needed to get things back on track

  • We will facilitate check points along the way for your team to recommit and adjust as needed

  • You will use these discussions to assess your team and determine any actions needed to keep them working together

Risk and recommendation report—a course of action to move you forward

  • We provide you with our assessment of current and anticipated risks based on what we have observed to date

  • We tell you what is really going on—direct, empathetic, honest

  • We provide recommendations to mitigate risks along with recommendations to move the changes forward

  • We focus our recommendations on building the infrastructure to execute changes, engaging the organization, ensuring that leaders are leading the changes, and making sure you are regularly assessing and mitigating risks

  • We will also offer resources from our network of partnerships to support you if this is required

Project health checks – to assess risks and course correct when needed

For one year following our initial work, we will come back quarterly to assess how you are doing on your journey

We will discuss your observations and concerns, conduct a series of interviews, listen in on your leadership meeting(s), and collect information related to the project or change

We will provide you with a confidential assessment and recommendations to improve your odds of success

At the end of the year, we will discuss opportunities to continue to support you—coaching you and/or your team, providing additional resources, or moving on to support the next change initiative.

You will have a partner and objective advisor throughout the initiative—we are here to support you on the journey
