Our Tenets

Springboard incorporates five simple assumptions into everything we do for the clients we serve. These assumptions provide guiding principles for what we do and how we do it. 

 

  • The leaders who must own the change must drive the change.

  • Leaders must be prepared to hear bad news early and take action.

  • The agents who facilitate the change must work in service to the business leaders.

  • Change requires meaningful dialog with and motivation from trusted and credible sources.

  • Executing change takes both discipline and courage.

 
 

Our Senior Team

Janice and Stephen have been working together for over twenty years on both client engagements and in developing new methodologies. They have teamed together to support clients in the pharmaceutical, retail, advertising, and health care industries. Their complimentary experiences and skills enable them to quickly understand their clients, provide more comprehensive recommendations, and operate seamlessly to guide their clients through the change journey.

The two also collaborated together in the creation of the Change Execution Methodology (CEM) and served as subject matter experts in developing the Strategy Execution Playbook (Playbook) for business transformation— two commercially licensed Change Execution methodologies.
